This 7 page inspection sheet is used to document the condition of your rental property prior to moving in and upon moving out.  Both landlords and tenants are encouraged to use this form to limit/prevent security deposit disputes.  The returning of the security deposit is the most contested issue with regard to renting an apartment.  before you move in and move out, this form should be used.
